The Human Resource Management Major (120 credit points) is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate the human resource management function in organisations, or be in a position to manage human resources. The complexity of this function is continually increasing with the ever-expanding legislative developments and human resource management has also become an integral part of organisational strategy.
