Description:
This unit demonstrates how anatomical and physiological concepts associated with Sports Science are used in rehabilitating individuals with specific injuries or illnesses. The unit focuses on the physical capacities of muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and cardiorespiratory endurance as they affect the ability to carry out daily work and recreational activities.
