Description:
This unit introduces students to the techniques of DNA targeting, amplification, isolation, sequencing, digesting and cloning involved in the study of molecular biology. Genomic and complementary DNA expression will be demonstrated through DNA and RNA stabilisation and isolation in viruses, prokaryotes and clinical samples.
