R50 University Certificate in Women's Services

INTRODUCTION

The University Certificate in Women’s Services is designed to meet the needs for upgrading of qualifications of unqualified workers currently working within the broad field of women’s services (e.g., sexual assault centres, women’s refuges, women’s health centres).  The program is designed for students who do not meet conventional university admission requirements; it also provides a bridging course into the Bachelor of Social Science (Women’s Studies) and equivalent courses.

 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have relevant work experience or current employment in human services or related areas.
