MAEFOR  Environmental Forensics Major

M20 BACHELOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE

The Bachelor of Environmental Science with an Environmental Forensics major builds on the traditional field of forensic science used for the investigation of criminal cases but considering environmental ‘crimes’.   The course equips graduates with the skills necessary to investigate environmental crimes, analyse and present evidence and draw conclusions about the nature and significance of environmental crimes.

 

The degree has three main components:

 

1.  A core program of eight units completed in the first year.

2.  A Major program consisting of thirteen units in Environmental Forensics.

3.  Three elective units.
