Description:
This unit provides an introductory overview of the field of human resource management (HRM) together with an examination of the increasingly strategic emphasis of HRM in Australia. The unit emphasises the nature of the generalist practitioner rather than the specialist and examines the integration of HRM activities and strategies with those of the overall organisation.
