HST3213 Women's Health Issues

Description:
The content of this unit comprises: wellness, health promotion, research, social policy, theory, models of health care, women as health care professionals and consumers and selected women's health issues. Students will study initiatives in women's health care and examine practical health programs for women. There will be a focus on the evaluation and design of women's health promotion projects.
