TDE2152 Identifying Training Needs

Description:
This unit has been developed for individuals involved in training and development or management of training and development within public and private sector organisations. Fundamentally, completion of this unit will enable participants to undertake their own training development, job and task analyses for the determination of appropriate staff and employee development programs.
