MAT1163 Linear Algebra

TES Applicable Mathematics or equivalent
 
Description:
This unit provides an introduction to complex numbers and the concepts of linear algebra: vectors in 2, 3 and n-dimensional space, analytic geometry, matrices and matrix arithmetic, solution of systems of linear equations, eigenvalues and eigenvectors. These concepts are illustrated by their application.
