MAN3503 Strategic Management III

Description:
The unit is a capstone unit for the major in management and draws on knowledge from the student’s previous studies in the Bachelor of Business degree. Conventional wisdom and organisational dynamics will be examined in detail. Emphasis will be placed on the understanding of the fundamental concepts underlying the study of strategy, the process of strategic management, and the role of strategy in matching an organisation’s competencies with its environment. The student will apply concepts in the analysis and development of strategies for business organisations.
