Description:
An introduction to human behaviour in the organisational setting and its managerial implications. Emphasis will be placed on the application of theory to practical organisational issues. The unit will consider research methodologies in organisational behaviour, perception, attitudes, stress, group behaviour, power and politics, conflict and organisational culture.
