Description:
This unit focuses on client services to meet information needs. Students will learn to analyse information needs and to how to participate in the implementation of appropriate information resources and services. Techniques for client analysis and information needs analysis draw on aspects of communication, education and cognitive theory and are applied in the delivery of client support activities.
