This unit deals with the analysis and design of electronic circuits, concentrating on CMOS digital systems. A range of circuit concepts are covered, including device models, standard circuit forms, and layout. An integral part of this unit is a design task, where students are required to design, simulate, build, test and document a system that meets given functional and performance specifications.
