V67 Bachelor of Performing Arts (Music)
The Bachelor of Performing Arts (Music) course provides professional training for advanced students in classical performance seeking employment as professional musicians.  

AUDITION AND INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS
Prospective students must apply to the Academy Admissions Officer to arrange for auditions and interviews which are normally held in November-December.  Applicants are assessed on the following criteria:  
(i)   Successful completion of a practical test on the applicant’s chosen instrument or in voice;  
(ii)  Successful completion of the Australian Test for Advanced Musical Studies (ATAMS).  (No preparation or coaching is necessary for this test).  

Suggested level of performance:  AMEB Grade VII Practical and Grade VI Theory (or equivalent). Information on audition requirements and procedures is available from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts.

This three year course is available by full-time study on Mount Lawley campus.
