U48 / V42 Graduate Diploma of Business (Leadership and Management)

INTRODUCTION

The Graduate Diploma of Business (Leadership and Management) course prepares; participants to take a leadership role in an organisation. The course explores the multiple dilemmas of 'leading' within organisations. It covers both conceptual and practical issues of leadership, and includes significant opportunities for workplace learning.

 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

An undergraduate degree including at least five years relevant work experience, OR successful completion of a Graduate Certificate of Business.

This course is available on Mt Lawley Campus.

This course is available by Full-time, or Part-time mode.

COURSE STRUCTURE

The course comprises three core units as follows:

MAN4122 Leadership Skills IV 15
MAN4125 Management Workplace Practicum IV 15
 
And five elective units selected from:
MAN4010 Management IV 15
MAN4112 Strategic Management IV 15
MAN4102 Organisational Behaviour IV 15
MAN4150 Human Resource Management IV 15
MBA5621 Leadership and Change Management 15
INB5600 International Management 15
INB5106 Cultural Framework of Business V 15
