Q94 / F74 Graduate Certificate of Business (Wine Marketing)

The Graduate Certificate in Wine Marketing enables individuals working in the wine industry, or those looking for employment in it, to develop their theoretical knowledge of both wine and the marketing of wine. Increasingly wine is an international business, and the course aims to provide an international context for Australian wine, and for the marketing of Australian wine. It also provides a comprehensive understanding of wine as a product. Units cover both the understanding of wine and how it is made, as well as marketing topics. It is suitable for those currently working in wine distribution, or who have ventured into wine production and seek to enhance their marketing skills. Students who complete the course should have well-developed wine tasting skills, an understanding of the business environment for wine producers and distributors, and skills in developing marketing plans for wine businesses.
