The Master of Science (Information Science) by research is a course designed to meet the needs of professionals who need to gain an indepth knowledge and understanding of a particular area of information and information management at an advanced level. It provides knowledge and skills of research methods and processes appropriate to the chosen topic of investigation. The Master of Science (Information Science) is designed to provide students with the opportunity to pursue independent, quality research in a chosen area of study. |

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS To be admitted to the Master of Science (Information Science) degree students must have completed at least an undergraduate degree or a graduate diploma in a field closely related to this discipline. In addition, students should have two years’ professional experience in information related areas. |
