B82 Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) Honours

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Honours course consists of a fourth year after students have completed the third year of a Bachelor of Science degree. It is expected that students who are interested in study at this level will consult the relevant course coordinator before making application for admission.

 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Students completing a Bachelor of Science within the school (or a comparable undergraduate degree) who have shown an aptitude for and an ability to undertake research and who normally have a minimum undergraduate course average of 70% may apply for admission to the honours course.

COURSE STRUCTURE

The honours award has two components. The first comprises two content units chosen in conjunction with the supervisor; the second takes the form of a major Honours project.
