K99 Bachelor of Aviation

The Bachelor of Aviation is a three year full-time (or part-time equivalent) course that provides a focussed professional education and graduate status for those seeking to enter the aviation industry. The course is technically oriented, covering a good breadth of the underlying science and technology related to aircraft systems in addition to a range of more general content areas related to the aviation industry. The Bachelor of Aviation prepares graduates for a range of careers within the aviation industry such as airline operations or aviation management, and also provides suitable education to those who wish to pursue a career as an airline pilot.

 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Standard University admission requirements apply.

 

Portfolio pathway applications will not be accepted for this course.

 
SPECIAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Satisfactory performance in WACE Mathematics 3A/3B or 3C/3D, or Mathematics: Specialist 3A/3B or 3C/3D, or equivalent.

WACE Physics 3A/3B, or equivalent, is desirable.

 

Note: Students who have not passed WACE Physics 3A/3B or equivalent will be required to complete a bridging unit during the first year of their studies.

COURSE STRUCTURE
