DPF2103 Critical Studies 2A
WESTERN AUSTRALIAN ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS
Credit Points: 15
 
Description:

This unit is designed to introduce students to issues, theoretical debates and changes in performance technologies in contemporary performance practice, through theory seminars, case studies and practical work. Students will explore modes of practice from Brook to Le Page and will develop their ability to recognise aesthetic “signature” in directing. This unit may be completed within the Design Faculty or in a practical process in conjunction with the Theatre Arts BA.
