SCA1111 Flying Training 1
SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING

Description:
This unit will involve the student successfully completing the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) practical flying training requirements for the Private Pilot Licence in accordance with a syllabus that has been approved by the university. Successful completion of this unit will require the student to also have a minimum of 85 hours flight experience; with either a Night VFR rating or night requirements for the Command Instrument Rating; and have licence endorsements to fly aircraft with retractable undercarriage and constant speed propellers.

Costs of this unit will normally be borne by the student.
