CHN2499 Planning Programmes for Children and Families

CHN1122 Ecology of Childhood 1 or
CHN1123 Ecology of Childhood 2
 
Description:
This unit provides the student with the background and skills needed to understand both the purpose of program planning and the knowledge of how to implement a meaningful planning process. The unit is based on an ecological approach to programming that provides students with a framework to critically analyse curriculum designs and develop and evaluate inclusive curricula that meets the needs of children and their families in differing community and socio-cultural settings.
