This unit will continue the examination of styles of wines of the world. It will pay particular attention to the production of sparkling wines, and it also covers the production of the major spirits of the world. The unit complements Wine Studies IIIA and should be taken in conjunction with it. The unit has been developed in conjunction with the British Wine and Spirit Education trust, and students who complete the unit will be eligible to sit their diploma examination. | |||
