Description:
This unit introduces detailed examination of the world of wine, covering many major regions and countries of Europe, as well as New Zealand. It will pay particular attention to the production of Fortified wines, and it also covers the process of growing grapes and making wine. The unit complements Wine Studies IIIB and should be taken in conjunction with it.
