POL4125 Public Sector Policy

Description:

How governments make decisions is an enigmatic process, involving a wide variety of ideas, institutions, processes and participants.  Yet, the future of the nation rests on this activity.  This unit is designed to familiarise the student with the process of public policy development. Theoretical perspectives will be applied to analyse public policy. Students will develop an understanding of the political, economic, legal and administrative issues in public sector policy.
