Description:
This unit builds upon the fundamental knowledge and skills provided by the prerequisite unit Fundamentals of Computer&Network Technology. The unit provides indepth knowledge associated with a global, heterogeneous network. Topics include the design, installation, maintenance and management of such global structures. The lectures are complemented by extensive workshop exercises.
