Description:

Company Law IV - Singapore examines the law relating to corporations in general and, in particular, the private limited (Pte Ltd) company incorporated under the Singapore Companies Act.  Emphasis is given to the benefits and detriments of incorporation, the process of incorporation, class rights, variation of capital, the duties of directors and the powers of shareholders.
