Description:
This unit will examine the processes involved in making wine and cellar work. It will consider alternative methods of vinification and the options open to the wine maker. It will then asses the importance and influence of various methods of maturing and stabilising wine, and consider their input to the finished product. Bottling and transportation issues will be addressed.
