Description:

This unit examines the economic and financial aspects of managing health services and the interdependence between them. In particular the unit addresses the practical issue of translation of economic constraints and opportunities into financial management by decision-makers. The unit also investigates how health services are funded and the implications and incentives for clinicians and managers.
