Description:

This unit examines advanced concepts of information as a resource of value. Using the concept of information superiority as a basis, the unit covers the nature of information, its use as a weapon and as targeted commodity within an organisation. It covers the theory and practice of information warfare from the perspective of network centric and effects-based concepts.
