Participants develop skills in instructional development project management, using appropriate tools. They integrate their knowledge of instructional design models and processes with standard project management techniques. The contribution of instructional design and project management techniques to quality assurance is discussed. Learning is applied to participants' work environments or to a given problem. | |||
