TDE5103 Issues and Perspectives in Training and Development

Description:
This unit will investigate a range of factors and forces impacting upon Training and Development in the contemporary setting. Case studies of best practice in local, national and international settings will be presented and analysed. Economic, political and social trends and developments will be investigated with a view to determining the way in which they impact upon and influence the practice of Training and Development in the workplace.
