Description:
This unit is designed to enable individuals involved in training and development to undertake the evaluation of training and development programs and activities. Completion of this unit will enable students to develop and implement a valid and reliable evaluation plan including the declination of client evaluation information needs; the indentification of relevant audiences; the construction of appropriate data collection instruments; the collection and analysis of data and the presentation and dissemination of evaluation information including written evaluation reports.
