This unit will provide insight into the structure, coverage and philosophical underpinnings of a comprehensive and integrated approach to the provision of computing services and support. To operate a set of mature computer services implies a knowledge of previous attempts and failures as well as what may be considered as best practice. This unit will provide an opportunity to gain skill in applying ideas in a practical way using case studies. | |||
