Description:

 

With the current growth in global trade with China, Japan and South Korea expected to continue well into the future, this region continues to attract considerable interest for international business professionals.

 

In this unit our core aim is to develop an understanding of how business traditions apply in these diverse Asian environments and to develop appropriate business strategies to be successful there in the context of the new global economy.

 

In each tradition, we examine the type of business enterprise that has emerged in recent history and focus on the nature of the business organisation, leadership, management style, strategy, negotiation and how culture that has evolved in each.
