This unit is based upon the recognition that the management practices within organisations are no longer shielded behind national barriers and operate in a global context. The main objectives are to discuss specific managerial challenges and opportunities faced by firms operating internationally; to develop multiple perceptions of the implications for managing within a cross cultural environment and develop skills critical for international managers.
