This unit aims to build upon knowledge gained in Administrative Law I. Specifically, it examines the issues involved in the process of judicial review of administrative decisions, both as it relates to the general, common law and to the Federal Court's judicial review powers under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 (Cth) (ADJR). Specifically, this unit goes into detail of the variety of grounds upon which Judicial review may be granted, as well as the limitations placed upon such a review. Full Unit Outline | |||
