Description:
This unit focusses on methodologies and interventions to improve organisational performance by developing the individual. It explores the philosophy and practice of coaching and mentoring and describes situations where these strategies are effective. It delivers practical skills in the development and implementation of coaching and mentoring activities as well as developing competencies for the career development of the self and others.
