Students will receive a one hour individual lesson per week except lessons may be in the form of master classes at the discretion of the tutor. Focus will be on a wide repertoire of jazz styles as covered in the various ensemble and improvisation units allowing students to demonstrate consistent improvement in technical and interpretive ability, and demonstrate effective application of advanced harmonic and melodic concepts. | |||
