The Minor in Editing comprises 90 credit points (six units) selected from the units listed below, including no more than 30 credit points (two units) at Level One.

WRT1101 Language and Writing 15
 
And 15 credit points selected from:
ICS3101 Arts Practicum 15
WRT3121 Communication Practices 15
WRT3122 Writing Technical, Scientific and Business Reports 15
WRT3124 Writing Applications, Tenders and Proposals 15
 
Or a unit in an area relevant to the student’s interests (such as a creative or professional writing unit, or an English unit, a social sciences unit, or a media unit such as CMM2103 Media Law and Ethics), approved by the Writing/Editing Coordinator.
 
Note: Students must achieve a course average of at least 70% by their third year of study (full-time) in order to do ICS3101 Arts Practicum (Editing).
