SCI3213 Tree Growth and Carbon Sequestration

Description:

This unit provides students with an understanding of environmental constraints on tree growth and carbon sequestration in native forest and plantation ecosystems. Students will also be introduced to techniques used to estimate growth and yield that range from quantitative forestry approaches through to tree-level resource capture models.
