This unit introduces students to the principles of critical thinking in a psychological context. Students will become familiar with the fundamental principles of critical thinking and will be provided with the opportunity to critically evaluate psychological writing and research. They will be taught the principles of psychological essay and report writing in accordance with the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, fifth edition. This unit is designed to assist students develop skills to progress in their studies of psychology. | |||
