Description:

Organisational strategy sets the overall direction for an organisation. This is where we are today, this is where we wish to be tomorrow, this is the direction that we intend to take. Strategy is not a single step: It requires a series of steps, large and small, that lead the organisation towards its ultimate goal.

In an e-business strategy, each step may be the implementation of a new, e-business application. This unit will explore the applications that may be a part of your e-business strategy. It focuses on the application of information technologies and systems in transforming organisations towards becoming more virtual.
