JUS5110 Evidence in Investigations

Description:

This unit examines the laws of evidence in Western Australia with an emphasis  on proactive decision making in investigations.  It also has majority applicability in other Australian Jurisdictions.  There is a focus on the application of the law in investigations, the historical development of the law and the interpretation of the law by tribunals of fact.
