ERC1202 Developing my Approach to Classroom Management

Description:

This unit builds upon the first unit, Human Development and Learning, and enables students to develop their personal and practical skills in managing classroom and individual behaviour.  Its key focus is to link practicum experience and reflection with the development of effective teaching and learning strategies in the classroom. This is developed from an understanding of theoretical positions regarding learning, motivation and management, and policies on inclusivity.  This unit will have a strong practicum component.
