HTE2400 Hospitality Management

Description:

Hospitality Management is designed to give students a conceptual and practical understanding of the operational and administrative management required to provide food and beverage service to customers in a range of hospitality industry enterprises. It develops a working knowledge of the role of a hotel duty manager and may apply to different styles of service. The student will gain a basic understanding of the preparation and service techniques needed to operate a contemporary hotel or associated outlets, such as a reception or convention centre.
