Description: | |||
This unit will provide an introduction to wine geography, with a focus on wines of the world - specifically Europe, the Americas and South Africa. It also examines the production and styles of other alcoholic beverages. The unit has been developed in conjunction with the British Wine and Spirit Education trust, and students who complete the units will be eligible to sit their higher certificate examination. | |||
