Emergency Department (ED) is a dynamic speciality catering for a diverse patient population, with a variety of presenting problems and in a range of settings. This unit covers the nursing assessment, interventions and management of common ED presentations throughout the lifespan including cardiac; respiratory; gastrointestinal and renal problems.
