Description:
This unit introduces students to the principles of planning for instruction at the lower school level. The structure of the Home Economics units offered in Western Australian schools provides a background for the selection of objectives/outcomes, content and learning opportunities appropriate for lower school level. Teaching/learning strategies and instructional resources are examined in relation to home economics instruction.
