| This unit will introduce project management principles and methods from the standpoint of the manager who must define, organise, plan, implement and control non-routine activities to achieve schedule, budget and performance objectives. It also provides insights into areas of procurement critical to project success such as evaluation techniques, risk and stakeholder management. | |||
